Ultrafine powder air classifier is a new type of ultrafine powder classifying equipment developed based on foreign advanced centrifugal-air classifying principles. It has the advantages of small classification particle size, stepless adjustment of classification particle size, high classification efficiency and classification accuracy, simple and compact equipment structure, and convenient operation. The classification device consists of a turbine classification chamber, a coarse and fine powder collector, and control equipment. The classification chamber is designed according to the principle of centrifugal force generated by the turbine and pneumatic balance injected from the bottom. Features of this device:
